Atticus was approached to transform the Social Responsibility strategy for this global management consultancy firm as they believed expectations from employees and clients were increasingly significantly in this area.

 

What we did:

  • Articulated an overarching Social Impact Mission to align everyone in the organisation around The Gap Partnership’s role in making society a better place.
  • Developed a Social Responsibility Framework outlining how the assets in the organisation could be deployed against the identified societal challenge at a global, regional and local level.
  • Brokered partnerships with international and local NGOs.
  • Reviewed and revised internal HR practices to ensure the organisation delivered on it’s social responsibility to it’s employees.
